Supporter Relations and Database Officer

Full-time, London, £22,000-£25,000 Dependent on experience

Do you enjoy organising? Are you a real team player, who loves talking to a variety of people and has a knowledge of CRM databases? If you have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, this could be just the job for you...

We are seeking a full-time Supporter Relations and Database Officer, to work in our London office. This will temporarily be remote during Covid19.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Supporter Relations Team. They will help to provide a responsive and administratively efficient service for supporters, staff and external contacts, with a first-class reception. They will assist the SR Manager with database tasks too. Training can be provided.

Applicants must be inspired by the work of CARE, with experience of dealing with customers/clients, preferably in an office environment.

In today’s culture this voice is needed now more than ever. CARE is seeking an experienced policy officer in Northern Ireland to be part of CARE’s talented Policy Team engaging positively with the Northern Ireland Assembly on CARE’s issues.

The successful candidate will provide day to day representation for CARE and its objectives throughout the NI political scene. If you are a person with excellent research and writing skills and are able to communicate well with a variety of people this could be the job for you.
