CARE speaks out about new divorce law proposals

This week the Government said it was pushing ahead with plans to radically shake-up divorce law in England and Wales by introducing no-fault divorce.

Removing the fault part of divorce means we will essentially have no-reason divorce where one spouse can unilaterally end the marriage without having to provide any real reason.
