Nola Leach, CARE's CEO speaks to Dave Piper at TWR about a new report which shows that the national living wage is no longer enough to raise a child.

Nola talks about how a reform of the tax system would help alleviate this burden and speaks about some of the research CARE has done in this area, as well as highlighting ways in which the local church can get involved in helping out families.
