CARE speaks out on latest Named Person scheme update

As John Swinney addressed parliament about plans to reintroduce the Named Person scheme, CARE spoke out about continued concerns about how the scheme will work in practise. CARE reiterated its stance that parents are in the best place to take care of their children and hopes that John Swinney uses the evidence he gathered during the consultation to put parents at the heart of this bill.
