Leading well when politics divides
Join fellow church leaders online for this practical session
How do we shepherd our churches faithfully when political tensions run high? Together, we’ll explore how you can lead your congregation through polarised times, helping you to navigate disagreement with wisdom, grace, and biblical confidence - fostering unity even when opinions run deep.
Join CARE and fellow church leaders on Tuesday 19 May at 12:30 - 1:30 on Zoom.
By the end of the event, you will:
- Gain a biblically rooted framework for leadership during polarisation.
- Understand what is driving political division inside and outside the church.
- Learn how to cultivate unity without demanding uniformity.
- Grow in confidence to navigate difficult conversations, sermons and pastoral care situations.
- Leave with practical tools and resources to support your congregation moving forward.
The session will include time for reflection, discussion and Q&A. This event is open to all interested Christians within any leadership position and all pastoral team members.
