Dr Dan Boucher, Director of Parliamentary Affairs for CARE welcomes the news that the government will be expanding it's FOBTs review to include gambling advertising as betting has become incredibly normalised to young people.

“In a short period of time British society has been exposed to a huge increase in gambling advertising, which has led to betting becoming normalised to young people.

The idea that this has not had a big impact is just not credible – the gambling industry would not spend the money on advertising if there was not a good return on their investment.”
