Dan Boucher on BBC Radio Scotland: Does opt-out organ donation work?

CARE's Director of Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Dan Boucher was on BBC Radio Scotland talking about why an opt-out organ donation system may not lead to an increase in organ donations. 

Dan draws on evidence from The Nuffield Council of Bioethics and the lessons learnt in Spain to argue that a more effective use of resources would be to employ more specialist nurses. This has been proven to increase organ donation rates.
